Duties
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs
- Explain recommended services clearly, including auto diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brake repairs, and transmission work to enhance vehicle performance and safety
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Manage cash handling, invoicing, and repair order documentation efficiently
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing automotive service needs
Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor, service writer, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
