Nissan of Tifton is under new ownership and building a high-performance service team focused on growth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
We're searching for an experienced Nissan Master Technician who wants more than just another technician position.
This role offers the opportunity to become a key technical leader within our shop. While this is not a formal management position, you'll be viewed as a trusted resource, mentor, and example for the entire service team.
If you're the technician other techs turn to for difficult diagnostics, guidance, and support, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Nissan vehicles
- Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues
- Complete repairs according to Nissan factory standards
- Utilize Nissan diagnostic equipment and technical resources
- Assist and mentor other technicians when needed
- Help establish and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Support a positive, professional, team-first culture
- Promote efficiency, quality, and accountability throughout the shop
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and right the first time
- Serve as a technical resource for advisors, technicians, and management

Qualifications
- Current or previous Nissan Master Technician certification
- Nissan dealership experience required
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting expertise
- ASE Certifications
- Strong understanding of Nissan warranty procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Consistent record of productivity and quality workmanship
- Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus
