This is NOT a call center job. This is a SALES role.

Our dealership is growing fast, and our lead volume is strong. We need professionals who can convert opportunities into appointments and appointments into sales.
What You’ll Do
- Handle high volume inbound internet and phone leads
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
- Set and confirm high-quality sales appointments
- Follow up aggressively with unsold and missed opportunities
- Build value and create urgency with customers
- Work closely with the sales team to drive show rates and sold units
- Track activity and performance in CRM
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day

- Sales or BDC experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
Compensation
- Base salary aggressive commission structure
