Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools and power tools, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and basic mechanical components
• Assist with automotive fluid replacements such as coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Support minor mechanical repairs and adjustments, including tire service, wheel alignments, and basic mechanical repairs
• Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or team leads
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate

Requirements

• Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
• Familiarity with standard passenger cars’ operation and maintenance procedures
• Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Knowledge of automotive service standards, including oil change procedures, alignment services, and vehicle maintenance protocols
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; dealership or service technician experience is a plus
