Are you looking for a part-time opportunity in aesthetics with the potential to grow into a full-time career?
We are launching a moody, rustic and relaxing medical spa in downtown Saint Cloud focused on laser hair removal, luxury facials, massages and exceptional client experience. This role is currently part-time with opportunities of full-time employment.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Registered Nurse to join as a founding team member with strong opportunities for growth (Opening Soon - hiring ahead of launch). Training for services will be provided.
Job Overview:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively (you will be trained on the laser)
- Perform patch tests during client consultations and assess treatment needs
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- $25/h with performance based increases as business grows up to $30/h (tips and commission are additional)
- $2 start commission for every client session completed (commission increase as business grows) along with client tips being 100% yours from the start of the business onwards
- Support spa growth through client retention and rebooking
- Part-time start (Full-Time opportunity as business grows)
- Help advertise business in the community and through social media (commission incentives)
- Future will hold many team building and team appreciation parties such as boat parties, team restaurant dinners, Galantine’s dinners, Christmas parties etc. (optional attendance)
- Assist with private events (bridal parties, birthday parties etc.)
- Desire to work in a team oriented, supportive and fast paced environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota (qualification complete from a reputable program) and still in good standing as RN
- Eager to learn aesthetic services and equipment
- Prior experience in the aesthetic industry (preffered not required)
- Team player (works well in a team environment)
- Friendly, upbeat and kind personality with strong written and communication skills
- Desire to grow a new company in order to grow themselves within the company to higher pay (ideally seeking people who desire long-term/permanent future employment)
- Eager and open to learning new things and contribute towards creating a tight knit team
- Will excitedly go into the community along with using social media before and after official launch to spread the word of our services (more clients through the door = more growth/commission opportunities for you)
- Comfortable participating in team photoshoots, appearing in business related social media content, and being present at most company events
- Help clean spa if Spa Coordinator needs help
