The Food Runner / Busser supports both the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams by ensuring dishes reach guests promptly and tables stay clean, organized, and ready for service. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food to guests quickly, accurately, and with a polished presentation
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart
- Support servers by refilling water, pre‑bussing, and maintaining table cleanliness
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure correct timing and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and expo line
- Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and restocking as needed
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide a friendly, professional presence on the floor at all times
