About the role:
We're building a new business unit and hiring our first Forward Deployed Engineers to join the founding team. You’ll work closely with customers to deploy into real workflows, integrate with their existing systems, and continuously optimize our AI solutions based on what drives measurable impact. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role that will revolutionize the $1T global insurance market.

About you:
- Strong full-stack experience: comfortable coding in different languages and platforms.
- Experience with modern AI stacks (LLMs, VLMs, ASR/TTS, vector stores, orchestration, evals).
- Excellent communication skills across technical and operational audiences.
- Thrive in high-ownership environments: minimal process, fast iteration and shipping is your default.

Salary : $144,000 - $240,000
