Role Description
The Household Goods Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Peabody, MA. The role involves overseeing the coordination and management of importing and exporting personal and household goods. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing shipping arrangements, and ensuring all necessary documentation complies with applicable regulations. Additional tasks include tracking shipments, collaborating with service providers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently and empathetically.
Qualifications
Japanese language understanding and speaking required.
