We are now hiring for a Medication Technician/PCA.
We have one Part-Time or Full-Time opening on our 6:45 am-2:45 pm shift, one Part-Time opening on our 2:45pm-10:45pm shift.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Administration and documentation of prescribed medications and treatments as ordered
Some supervisory duties
In addition, the expectation is that you will assist the PCA’s with:
Assist with dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assistance with transportation and transferring
Assist during meal time
Support with all ADL’s and IADL’s
Respect and maintain Resident Rights
Build a trusting, compassionate, supportive relationship with residents, their families, and team members
Qualifications:
DHS Medication Technician experience or certification required
High school diploma or equivalent, or PA CNA registry
Physical ability to perform job duties
CPR/First Aid (will train)
Pass the DHS Competency Test
Pass Criminal Back Ground Check
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Expected hours: 24-40 hours per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holiday rotation
- Rotating weekends
