- Evening 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders
- Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively
- Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects
- Document all medication administration in MAR accurately
- Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements
- Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents
- Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Medication Technician certification (required)
- Diabetes training
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare
