Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our marketing team in our San Diego, California office. The successful candidate will:
- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
Desired Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
