Role Overview-
We’re looking for a Creative Account Coordinator to join our growing team at Ninth & Phillips. This role blends creative execution with thoughtful coordination, ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-driven, and passionate about digital storytelling in the home and design space.
Core Responsibilities-
Content Calendar Development:
Support the planning and organization of monthly content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring all content aligns with their brand voice, marketing goals, and platform best practices.
Content Scheduling & Publishing:
Upload and schedule approved posts across client contracted platforms, maintaining formatting accuracy and consistent publishing timelines.
Caption & Graphic Support:
Assist with writing, editing, and refining captions in the client’s tone of voice. Design elevated graphicsand carousels in Canva that align with brand aesthetics.
Community Management:
Monitor DMs and comments on client platforms, respond in-brand, and flag important inquiries. Proactively engage with aligned accounts, collaborators, and hashtags to foster audience growth andconnection.
Trend Research & Content Ideation:
Track relevant trends in audio, Reels formats, and design industry content. Share fresh, creative content ideas that reflect each client’s goals and style.
Analytics & Reporting:
Pull monthly performance data and create clean, digestible reports that highlight content wins, areas of growth, and next-step recommendations.
Content Day Prep & Support:
Assist with prepping content days through shot lists, inspiration references, and logistical coordination. Occasionally support on-site (if local) to capture behind-the-scenes content or assist with styling.
Requirements-
1-2 years of social media exeperince
Strong understanding of social media
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
Creative copywriting skills
Strong visual eye for content planning and storytelling
Highly organized and detail-oriented (can manage multiple clients and timelines)
