About You
This role will primarily support No Days Off, with future opportunities to contribute to other brands within our ecosystem, including Mosaic and Metrix Masterminds.
We are looking for someone to build, execute, and amplify a message that moves people to act.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating compelling short-form video content, graphic designs, copy, and social media posts. To be successful in this role, you must be naturally curious and a creative thinker with an emphasis on quality work and attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution- Film, execute, and post engaging video content across social media platforms for a variety of clients.
- Create and edit videos, including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan, create, and manage social media content for our respective brand(s)
- Design graphics and marketing materials for social media and email campaigns, including infographics.
- Oversee the creation, posting, and management of content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and manage social media calendars
- Adapt and adjust social media strategies as needed to increase effectiveness
- Adhere to brand guidelines
- Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, promotional emails, newsletters, etc.
- Ensure all copy is free of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors.
- Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate ROI.
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing and running reports and tracking social media performance.
- Execute effective and timely communication with the Manager
- Assist and collaborate with the team in developing concepts and content calendars.
- Provide support to the Manager and CEO with day-to-day projects.
- Participate in team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, present as needed, and complete ongoing training.
- Work on multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
- Respond to email inquiries and answer phone calls promptly.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and completing forms.
- Oversee brand digital downloads
- Represent brand values daily.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities

- Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to operate basic office machines
- Proficient with design software tools such as Canva; ability to create appealing visual design elements
- Filming and Video Editing – Must be proficient in filming content with iphone and editing in relevant video editing software
- Attention to Detail - Must be detail-oriented; able to follow processes and routines
- Time Management – The ability to effectively manage one's own time
- Social Perceptiveness - Awareness of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do
- Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem
- Troubleshooting - Determine causes of operating errors and deciding what to do
- Comprehension and Expression - The ability to comprehend and communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Experience - Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
- Minimum of six months of experience in an administrative support role
- Prior experience creating graphics and branding required
- Proficiency with Canva and video editing software
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; experience creating online content
