Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Plumber to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential properties. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure every job meets our high standards and leaves our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, and other appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions, using advanced tools and techniques.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future plumbing problems and extend system longevity.
- Ensure all work complies with Utah state and local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services, providing transparent pricing, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment on every job site.
- Collaborate with the Ninja HVAC & Plumbing team to deliver seamless service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid plumbing license in the state of Utah (required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a residential plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
