We are looking for an individual to provide part-time administrative support during tax season (mid-January through March). This role requires someone who is proactive, observant, and reliable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and manage the front desk area
- Sort & scan documents
- Assemble tax returns
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
