About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about AI, robotics, logistics, and eCommerce innovation and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, and content)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and cross-functional stakeholders

Content & Communications

  • Develop and manage marketing content including blog posts, case studies, social media, and email campaigns
  • Translate complex robotics and AI concepts into clear, compelling messaging for target audiences

Digital Marketing

  • Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website updates
  • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics and generate campaign reports

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with sales to support lead nurturing campaigns and outbound initiatives
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with marketing automation workflows

Events & Partnerships

  • Assist in planning trade shows, webinars, and industry events
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups

Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends (robotics, supply chain tech, eCommerce), and customer segments
  • Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, robotics, or logistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Interest or background in AI, robotics, or supply chain technology
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and campaign performance metrics

Salary range: $100,000 - 140,000
