JOB TITLE: Quality Inspector - Return Goods

JOB CODE:
MAJOR FUNCTIONResponsible for overseeing and managing the return of goods from customers back to the company. This position is critical for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring customer satisfaction by processing returns efficiently and effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Process returned machines and parts in accordance with company policies.
* Inspect returned items for damage or defects.
* Document the condition of returned products accurately.
* Maintain accurate records of all returned product.
* Assist in quality control efforts by identifying recurring return issues.
* Accurately interprets the requirements and keeps required Quality Assurance records.
* Physically and systematically move machines and parts.
* Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:* Experience in warehouse environments.
* Familiarity with inventory management systems.
* Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills.
COMPUTER SKILLS:Microsoft Office Programs

Pay Range $22.21-$27.76 per hour.The estimated range indicates the expected hourly pay for this position. It does not include potential bonus incentives such annual or performance bonus' as well as sales and sales related incentives, or overtime. The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, differentials, and the location from which they will work. The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job's location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
