Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC is a privately held and financially strong industrial services company that prides itself on the safety of its workers. Niles is looking for a full-time Technician that will be based out of our Fenton, MI location. Candidate must be flexible, reliable, and be able to multitask. This person will report to the Lead Technician and will support business operations. This position will require regular overnight(s) travel and on-site work supporting job needs.

This person will report to the Lead Technician and will support business operations. This position will require regular overnight(s) travel and on-site work supporting job needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Test, repair, and maintain blast pots, paint pumps, and a variety of other equipment such as small engine (gas & electric), vehicles, ATV’s, golf carts, etc.
- Accurately document repair and maintenance orders for equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues.
- On-site equipment support and service.
- Inventory of repair parts.
- General warehouse housekeeping and maintenance.
- Follow established procedures.
- Will drive company vehicle(s).
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience preferred.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Must be detail and accuracy oriented.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to take directions from the Lead Technician.
- Must be able to adjust to schedule changes and accommodate as needed.
- Regular travel required.
- Chauffer’s License or CDL.
- Mechanical experience with pumps/pressurized systems.
- Must have a Motor Vehicle Record cleared with no accidents, moving violations or points.
