Position Overview
Nile Cannabis Dispensary is seeking a reliable, professional, and compliance-minded Cannabis Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role — when not on a delivery route, you will work alongside our retail team on the sales floor supporting customer service, order preparation, and dispensary operations. You will operate a company-provided vehicle and be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of cannabis products to customers throughout our delivery zone.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations
- Execute cannabis home delivery routes using Nile's company vehicle and the Onfleet dispatch platform
- Verify and maintain the active Metrc Sales Delivery Manifest before departing the dispensary
- Verify customer identity and age (21 ) at the door using government-issued identification
- Collect payment (cash or pre-paid) and obtain customer signature upon delivery
- Maintain unbroken chain of custody from dispensary transfer to customer delivery
- Return all undelivered product and reconcile inventory in Metrc at end of route
- Complete pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections using the Vehicle Inspection Checklist
- Secure all cannabis products in the vehicle lockbox during transport at all times
- Check in with dispatch at the start and end of every route
- Report any incidents, accidents, discrepancies, or suspicious activity to management immediately
Retail Floor Support (When Not on Route)
- Assist customers on the sales floor with product knowledge and service
- Support order preparation and packaging in the designated dispatch area
- Assist with inventory handling and compliance documentation
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor on Duty
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid New Jersey driver's license (or valid license from state of residence) — no suspensions or restrictions
- Clean driving record: no more than 2 moving violations in the past 36 months; no DUI/DWI within the past 60 months
- Prior delivery, cannabis retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures precisely
- Professional, courteous, and discreet customer-facing demeanor
- Must complete the Nile Driver Training Curriculum
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
