Responsibilities
- Own in-stock performance and inventory health across the Nile portfolio, with full accountability for results
- Manage and develop one direct report, ensuring alignment on priorities and professional growth
- Maintain and report service levels including fill rate, MABD compliance, in-stock rates, and internal/external inventory levels (weeks of supply) to maximize inventory effectiveness
- Report on KPIs and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor POS forecasts, emergent trends, and business updates (distribution changes, modulars, rollbacks, promotions, seasonality, etc.) and develop collaborative internal and external strategies to maintain consistent inventory levels of service while avoiding excess across domestic and direct import channels
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align supply chain decisions with broader business goals
- Work with supplier partners to facilitate transportation of goods with our freight forwarder
- Optimize the supply chain through cost-saving recommendations
- Enter orders and corresponding transactions in NetSuite
- Utilize strong analytical skills and Walmart-specific knowledge to identify and communicate potential issues and roadblocks impacting levels of service, and escalate those issues to Walmart and appropriate sales teams until resolved
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of supply chain, inventory planning, or replenishment experience
- Direct experience with Walmart supply chain systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, NOVA, SupplierOne, OTIF/MABD, replenishment)
- Proven experience managing inventory strategy end-to-end (forecasting → ordering → in-stock performance)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
- Experience with demand planning and forecasting using POS data
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SKUs and vendors simultaneously
- Experience working with domestic and/or international suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and take action
- Clear and professional communication skills (cross-functional and external partners)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience (or similar ERP systems)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience working with freight forwarders and import logistics
- Background in CPG, eCommerce, or the Walmart supplier ecosystem
- Experience with KPI reporting (fill rate, in-stock, weeks of supply, OTIF/MABD)
- Familiarity with modular changes, rollbacks, and Walmart seasonal planning
- SQL, Power BI, or advanced analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
