WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE…
The Manager of Supply Chain Finance is a critical role on the 7 Brew Supply Chain Leadership Team. This position, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Officer, is responsible for financial analysis to optimize the 7 Brew supply chain function. This role will work closely with the 7 Brew Finance team to ensure manage KPIs, perform tradeoff analyses and make optimization recommendations, build and track the Supply Chain P&L, forecast item demand, and perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the Chief Supply Officer.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD…
- Responsible for developing and updating the supply chain P&L and leveraging that data to provide recommendations to the Chief Supply Officer
- Update supply chain KPIs and scorecard
- Analyze contracts and prepare summaries for decision makers regarding the impact to the P&L and KPIs
- Perform tradeoff analyses among various supplier / freight / distribution options and make recommendations to the Chief Supply Officer
- Perform forecasting at the SKU level for items in the 7 Brew COGS basket
- Track 7 Brew Supply’s progress on budget and performance
- Analyze drivers of system COGS and provide insights on deviations from period to period
- Perform ad hoc analyses as requested by the Chief Supply Officer

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance in a retail or restaurant setting
- Ability to present data succinctly and clearly
- Demonstrated experience reviewing contracts
- Leader with the skills to build out a department
- Positive attitude - works well with others
- Effective problem solver regardless of task
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and PowerBI
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Five years of experience in supply chain finance
