Receiving Supervisor

Full-Time | Onsite — Horn Lake, MS

If you love leading people, solving problems before they become bigger ones, and keeping a warehouse running at its best, this role is for you.

Overview

At Nile Fulfillment, accuracy on the receiving dock sets the tone for everything downstream, from inventory integrity to client trust to on-time fulfillment. We're looking for a Receiving Supervisor who can lead a team of inventory control and receiving associates, tighten up inbound processes, and keep inventory accuracy sharp across every account we manage.

Why Nile Commerce?

At Nile Fulfillment, we keep freight moving and inventory accurate for the brands who trust us with their operations. Our receiving and inventory control team is the first line of defense for accuracy, from the dock door to the shelf.

Our culture is built on three core values: Launch into the Deep: pursue excellence relentlessly; Go One More Mile: stay disciplined, keep commitments, and push through setbacks; and Give More Than You Receive: build lasting relationships through humility, gratitude, and generosity.

Nile Fulfillment offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

  • Establish and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance with client and company standards
  • Analyze inventory data and variance trends to identify root causes of shrinkage, mislocations, and system discrepancies, and implement corrective action plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications on stock accuracy, adjustments, holds, and audit results
  • Partner with operations and IT teams to ensure WMS configurations, item setups, and transaction processes support inventory integrity
  • Plan and execute annual physical inventory counts, coordinating staffing, scheduling, system freezes, and client reporting
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including inventory accuracy, adjustment frequency, shrinkage, cycle count completion, receiving accuracy, and dock to stock cycle times
  • Oversee the handling of damaged, expired, quarantined, and returned products, ensuring proper disposition per client contracts and company policy
  • Drive continuous improvement in slotting, labeling, location accuracy, and inventory workflow efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client specific handling requirements, and company housekeeping standards
  • Perform other supervisory, operational, and administrative duties as assigned
