We seek an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of product liability and/or business litigation experience to support our Product Liability/Complex Torts and Business Litigation Practice Groups. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following:
- Drafting and responding to discovery.
- Motion practice, including preparation and argument.
- Case management and organization skills.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Development and discovery of experts.
- Trial assistance.
- Business development.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of product liability/complex torts and/or business litigation experience preferred.
- Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills required.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience.
- Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative.
- Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
Compensation:
We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
The salary range for this position is: $167,000 - $176,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which are listed below.
