My client is seeking a business litigation attorney to join their team in Minneapolis.

What You'll Do
- Handle contract, partnership, trade secret, and business tort disputes in state and federal court
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
- Take and defend depositions, and argue motions at hearings and mediations
- Business or commercial litigation experience
- Licensed in Minnesota
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
- Sophisticated business clients and meaningful case responsibility
