We seek an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of business litigation experience to support our Business Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with or interest in the following:
- Drafting and responding to discovery.
- Motion practice, including preparation and argument.
- Case management and organization skills.
- Taking and defending depositions.
- Development and discovery of experts.
- Trial assistance.
- Business development.
