Responsibilities

  • Maintain project lists, calendar, and e-mail review for principles
  • Client renewal process planning and implementation.
  • 4th Quarter workflow planning
  • Client Services
  • Social media presence oversight
  • Website maintenance and improvement oversight
  • Office supply inventory and equipment
  • Account record oversight
  • Marketing and sales material and promotional campaigns


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven work experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Accurate and self-driven work style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Additional Information

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000 per year

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k

Annual Paid Time Off: 14 holidays, 12 vacation days, 6 sick days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
