- Maintain project lists, calendar, and e-mail review for principles
- Client renewal process planning and implementation.
- 4th Quarter workflow planning
- Client Services
- Social media presence oversight
- Website maintenance and improvement oversight
- Office supply inventory and equipment
- Account record oversight
- Marketing and sales material and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to multitask
- Sharp attention to detail
- Accurate and self-driven work style
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $60,000 per year
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401k
Annual Paid Time Off: 14 holidays, 12 vacation days, 6 sick days
