NIKA is hiring for a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead who will be responsible for the performance and safety support tasks for a Base Operating Services (BOS) contract at Rivanna Station in Charlottesville, VA! This position will have a start date contingent upon contract award.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Shall have at a minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
- Shall have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military Installation.
- Must have and maintain a Tier 4, Top Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of the contract start date and for the life of the contract
- Can demonstrate good communication and organizational skills that are required for government design/build projects and for daily interaction with government construction management staff.
- GFEBS Certification. Must have working knowledge and complete GFEBS training modules provided by government within thirty (30) business days of employment. Must provide certificates of completion.
