- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- You have 1 yr(s) of related business experience - a combination of education & work experience may be considered
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must present a professional appearance & demeanor
- Must have the ability to operate office equipment & computer skills (proficiency in Excel & Word)
- Must be available to work evenings or weekends (as required)

Your Responsibilities:
Reflect the core values of Asilinge, LLC. (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)
Schedule and conduct Care Pro Training, In-services, Alzheimer’s Training & Orientation.
Create a monthly training calendar.
Maintain accurate client & care pro records in the operating system.
Demonstrate open & effective communication with owner, colleagues & care pros.
Coordinate w/ nursing for personal care training.
Assign & document quarterly training.
Field new client inquires over the phone, enter information into the operating system print out care consultation form.
Plan & facilitate quarterly care pro meetings.
Monitor & comply w/ federal local labor and safety laws
