Job Title: Regional Education Consultant

Salary: $70k base plus benefits

Location: New York, NY

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Education Consultant to support schools and districts by delivering impactful professional development, product demonstrations, and implementation support. This is a remote, field-based role where you'll partner closely with Sales, educators, and district leaders to drive successful adoption of educational technology solutions while contributing to business growth.

Key Tasks:

• Deliver engaging professional development sessions for educators on educational technology solutions.
• Design and execute customer training plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Provide ongoing post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term success.
• Partner with Regional Sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities by showcasing the value of hardware, software, and professional learning solutions.
• Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, workshops, and educational events.
• Build strong relationships with teachers, principals, district administrators, and education leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Stay current on educational technology trends, instructional best practices, and classroom innovation.
• Participate in virtual and in-person customer engagement events throughout the year.

Required Experience and Skillset:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Experience delivering professional development and educator training.
• Hands-on experience with interactive classroom technology or educational technology platforms.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, pedagogy, and adult learning principles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with educators and district leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration and presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting educational technology implementations.
• Previous experience in pre-sales, customer success, or educational consulting.
• Familiarity with instructional technology integration and digital learning initiatives.
• Experience presenting at conferences or large-scale educator events.

Travel Requirements

• This is a remote, field-based position.
• Travel of approximately 4–5 days per week is expected within the assigned territory, including travel by air, train, or automobile as business needs require.
• Occasional overnight travel, conferences, and customer events should be expected.
