Job OverviewThe HR Assistant will primarily work onsite in New York and report directly to the HR Manager. This role will also involve assisting with the administrative management of our New York site. The ideal candidate will support both HR functions and general office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities within the office.ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties, such as maintaining the employee database and sorting emails for the HR departmentMaintain proper records of employee attendance and leavesAssist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administrationSubmit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviewsCoordinate orientation and training sessions for new employeesEnsure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesRequirements:Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin requiredExperience: Over one year of HR related experience.Communication Skills: Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, proactive and resilient, capable of driving new business initiatives and rapid iterations.
