All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.

What You'll Do
Lead Infrastructure at Scale
- Drive infrastructure transformation initiatives that position Nightingale to grow efficiently and sustainably.
- Develop and execute the strategic direction for IT infrastructure — hardware, software, networks, and beyond.
- Ensure high availability and peak performance of IT systems across the organization.
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, bringing continuous improvement and innovation to everything you touch.
- Identify and implement process and policy improvements — and ensure they actually stick.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects end-to-end: conception, implementation, and evaluation.
- Lead, develop, and support your team across performance, behaviors, and competencies — investing in people as much as platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess and address technology needs across the organization.
- Participate in hiring decisions, panel interviews, and candidate selection.
- Develop and manage the functional budget, ensuring resources and assets are deployed effectively within approved parameters.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
- 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
- 5 years working with systems and network architecture, information security principles, and IT best practices.
- A proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders — clearly and confidently.
- COBIT and/or ITIL certification or demonstrated working knowledge.
