We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Nightingale at Monticello. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting
Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
Document progress, outcomes, and care plans according to state and facility guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals and discharge planning
Educate residents, families, and staff on mobility, safety, and restorative techniques
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Contribute to a positive, encouraging therapy environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arkansas
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative therapy team
