Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the site security operations and staff, maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by monitoring and patrolling the premises.

Main job duties include communicating all issues and details in real time to corporate management, preventing unauthorized access, detecting suspicious activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. To succeed in this role, one should have a strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service.

SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

• MUST COMMUNICATE ALL ISSUES/CONCERNS/RUMORS/SPECIFIC DETAILS IMMEDIATLY, IN REAL TIME. IF YOU CANNOT COMMUNICATE AT A HIGH LEVEL OR ALREADY KNOW YOU'LL HAVE ISSUES COMMUNICATING, DO NOT APPLY

Qualifications:

• Age: Be at least 18 years of age for Unarmed roles; 21 years of age for Armed roles.
• Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required. We will train those without experience in the industry.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for long periods. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time. Moderate lifting may be required.
• Background Investigation: Must pass a background investigation to the extent permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug Screen: Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law (including no THC).
• Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (where applicable).
• Miscellaneous:Must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. Must be able to obtain a Security Officer License (where applicable). CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents
• Safeguard client property and personnel
• Control access to client site/facility
• Prepare logs and reports
• Conduct routine inspections and patrols (foot or mobile)
