Key Responsibilities
Talent & Partner Coordination
- Serve as the main operational contact for talent and creator teams within the network.
- Maintain consistent communication with creators regarding ad copy, campaign logistics, and advertiser requests.
- Support creators through the onboarding process, ensuring all operational, technical, and brand requirements are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Partnerships), external partners (other sales entities) and creators to ensure smooth campaign execution and critical inventory details.
- Operate, monitor, and follow up on brand approvals between sales and talent.
- Compile creator feedback and post-campaign insights to improve future partnerships and optimize network processes.
- Assist in reporting and performance summaries for talent partners.
- Help standardize creator-facing processes for onboarding, campaign workflows, and reporting.
- Contribute to cross-functional communication improvements between departments to enhance the creator experience.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to support the network’s growth and evolving needs.
- 2 years of experience in client-facing management, ad operations, media buying, talent coordination, or account/project management within the media, entertainment, or digital creator industries.
- Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport and trust with both talent and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Airtable, or equivalent) and CRM or campaign tracking systems.
- Understanding of digital media monetization and creator-brand integrations.
- A passion for podcasts, digital creators, and the evolving media landscape.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
