About the Role
Night is seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to lead the development and execution of best-in-class creator-led campaigns for brand partners. This role is both strategic and client-facing—owning relationships, shaping campaign direction, and ensuring flawless execution across some of the most important partnerships in our business.
You will work closely with the VP of Creative Strategy to define how brands show up across Night’s creator ecosystem, translating cultural insight and creative thinking into scalable, high-impact campaigns.

You will work closely with the VP of Creative Strategy to define how brands show up across Night’s creator ecosystem, translating cultural insight and creative thinking into scalable, high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a senior strategic lead for brand partners, owning relationships from pitch through execution
- Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and drive measurable results
- Lead campaign ideation, positioning, and storytelling across creator partnerships
- Present strategies, concepts, and results to clients with clarity and authority
Campaign Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Ensure campaigns are delivered at a high creative standard and meet performance goals
- Partner with internal teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions in fast-moving environments
Creator & Talent Integration
- Collaborate with talent managers to identify the right creators for brand campaigns
- Ensure authentic alignment between creators and brand messaging
- Help shape how creators are positioned within campaigns to maximize impact
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Establish processes and best practices to improve campaign execution and scalability
- Elevate the team’s creative and strategic output through feedback and guidance
Performance & Growth
- Define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns in partnership with clients
- Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow revenue
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital strategy
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel influencer campaigns
- Strong client management experience with the ability to lead conversations and presentations
- Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and platform dynamics
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Highly strategic with strong executional instincts
