Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive attitude
Take accurate food and drink orders; input through the Toast POS
Deliver orders quickly and correctly, while checking in throughout the meal
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with confidence
Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service area
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
Follow closing and sidework duties to keep the operation running tight
Be a team player and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
Skills & Qualifications
4 years of serving experience in a high-volume setting
Comfortable serving solo and managing large sections on busy nights
Weekend and late-night availability is a must (we close at 2AM)
Toast POS knowledge a big plus
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
Hustle mentality with a sharp attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and professional at all times
Bonus points if you’re familiar with bar service or have industry barback experience
