Versatile Operations: Stepping into various roles as needed, including working in the kitchen, behind the counter, and on the restaurant floor.
Customer Service: Interacting positively with a wide range of guests and providing excellent service.
High-Volume Execution: Working efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment ("music pumping and ovens blazing") requiring fast hands and quick thinking.
Team Collaboration: Working well alongside different personalities and fostering a positive, "can-do" atmosphere.
Continuous Learning: Showing an eagerness to learn new tasks and adapt to different roles within the restaurant.
Skills & Qualifications
