What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Restoration Glazing Craftsperson position at Niemann Capital, LLC?
Niemann Capital, a historic real estate developer is working to restore its 6 National Landmark buildings which comprise its Kennebec Arsenal project in Augusta, Maine.
We are building a small team of skilled restoration craftspeople who value a healthy and respectful work environment, with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
We are currently looking to hire one additional full-time Window Restoration craftsperson to join our team. We are willing to train the right individual or hire an experienced craftsperson. Preference will be given to those with prior glazing experience. The Company will also consider hiring one or two part-time employees as well.
Entry-level Window Restoration craftspeople perform many window restoration tasks, ultimately working to master all skills. These skills include safely stripping lead paint, sanding sash, priming, and painting sash.
Other responsibilities may include: using power tools, performing stabilization and repair work, glazing sash, and applying weatherstrip.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
