Nielsen Fleet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our busy automotive dealership. This position provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting department and assists with a variety of office functions essential to daily dealership operations.

- File and maintain accounting and dealership records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes.
- Prepare and process daily deposits.
- Stock in new vehicle inventory into the dealership management system.
- Assist with data entry and document management.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and other administrative tasks.
- Perform general clerical and office duties as assigned.
- Previous clerical, administrative, or accounting experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Automotive dealership experience (Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred but not required.
