• Apply cash and post receipts accurately and efficiently
• Manage collections and proactively follow up on aging accounts
• Process invoices, credit and debit memos, and credit card transactions
• Research, investigate, and resolve customer deductions and claims
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to keep everything running smoothly
🔑 What We Are Looking For:
• Strong experience with cash posting, applications, deductions and collections
• Highly detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with Sage 100 is a plus
