Responsibilities
- Implement our method, we are Spanish immersion child development center.
- SPANISH A MUST, MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGISH
- Ensure safety of each child enrolled
- Maintain regular observation and evaluation of child's development
- Complete weekly lesson plans, goals for children
- Accept/maintain arrangement of learning environment
- Encourage children's self confidence
- keep classroom organized and clean all the time.
Required Work Experience
- Osse Requirements
- must love children
- Be flexible to get down to children's eye level
Skills
- Fluent in Spanish English (write in both languages)or willing to learn spanish
- Passionate about working with Infant/Toddler
- Patient/diplomatic/professional/
- Team Player
- Open to ideas be a team player
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the children (long time on the floor working with the children on our method)
- Creative and dedicated
- be able to lift at least 40 pounds
Education
- Minimum- AA or CDA-and high school diploma
- Preferably Associates degree in ECE
