Job Summary
As an infant & toddler teacher at Prime Time Children's Center, you’ll help care for little ones. You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.
Responsibilities
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
- Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
- Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing & accreditation standards
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
- Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
- Document learning experience through displays and pictures
Qualifications
- Must be flexible, motivated, love children and eager to learn
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience/training for children with different needs
- Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- 45 hour course in Curriculum/ 45 hour course in Child Development/ 45 hour Infant Toddler course
