Regional EHS Field Safety Coordinator
Stationed in NJ with periodic overnight travel required to MD and NC.
We are looking for a hands-on EHS Field Coordinator to join our team.
This role is for someone who prefers the field over a desk and takes pride in doing things the right way — every time.
What You’ll Do:
- Work across multiple sites performing safety inspections with a home base and primary concerns in Sparta, NJ.
- Identify issues and make sure they are corrected
- Perform thorough Plant Inspections, compliance reporting & program implementations
- Complete clear, accurate documentation (reports, photos, logs)
- Support onboarding and training verification
- Be a constant ambassador of safety
- Be a visible presence in operations

Desirable qualifications:
- OSHA 30 General Industry
- Concrete manufacturing Safety Experience
- Knowledge of OSHA 1910 regulations particularly Lockout Tagout, Pinch point & Guarding, Fall Protection, HAZCOM, PPE, Concrete Safety, Automation & Interlocks
- Training experience
- 3 Years experience in safety industry
