- What We’re Looking For
- No suiting experience required – we’ll train you to be a style expert
- 2 years of proven sales experience or customer service experience
- Outgoing personality and the confidence to approach customers immediately
- Competitive spirit with a track record of exceeding goals
- Quick thinker, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
- True team player—your wins are the team’s wins
What You’ll Do
- Own the customer interaction from start to finish, guiding them to the perfect fit and style
- Master our proven Customer Experience Journey and use it to drive sales every time
- Manage multiple customers at once while keeping service levels high
- Collaborate with teammates to help every customer in the store succeed
- Keep the sales floor, displays, and back areas organized, clean, and stocked
- Stay sharp on current fashion trends and products
- Stand for extended periods while engaging and assisting customers
