Main Responsibilities:
- Responds to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and products via email, phone, and occasionally in person.
- Accurately processes changes to policies and accounts.
- Consults clients on potential premium savings and policy enhancements.
- Drives client satisfaction by following the Agency’s best practices: rate revision notification, claim follow-up, and advocating for Personal Insurance Reviews.
- Creates Certificates of Insurance and Binders for mortgage companies.
- Serves as liaison between the client, the Agency Owner, the Sales Manager, and American Family Insurance business partners.
Experience Required:
- 3 years customer service experience
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
Core Competencies:
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients
- Ability to multitask and proactively follow-up on issues until resolution
- Effective, clear, and grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills
Education/License Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Property, casualty, and life licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. We pay for licensing and education.
