Responsibilities
- Engage and Retain Clients: Build rapport with policyholders, address their concerns, and counsel them on coverage options to enhance retention and meet their evolving needs.
- Analyze and Optimize Policies: Review policies to recommend appropriate adjustments, ensuring sufficient protection and customer satisfaction.
- Document and Follow Up: Record detailed notes for every customer interaction in AMS 360 and provide timely follow-ups with urgency and care.
- Collaborate and Share Insights: Contribute to team learning by sharing client insights and experiences during monthly agency meetings.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond promptly to inquiries, process policy changes, and act as a liaison between clients and business partners.
Are you newly licensed in the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start around $49,000 and first-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $15,000
Are you an experienced insurance service veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start around $53,000 and our top earners made $25,000 in commission and bonus last year.
Requirements
- Required to hold a current Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2 years of property casualty insurance experience required
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills to effectively engage with clients via phone, email, and in person, while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
- Proactive Client Support: Anticipate client needs, deliver timely solutions, and provide exceptional service through active listening and thoughtful problem-solving.
- Strong Organizational Abilities: Excel at multitasking, time management, and independently prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless client experiences.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
