ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other business-related duties may be assigned.
Follows all ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 Procedures and Work Instructions in the performance of these duties.
- Operate MIM injection molding machines according to established work instructions.
- Inspect molded “green” parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.
- Monitor part weight, cycle times, and material flow to ensure consistent production.
- Document production data, scrap, and quality checks in logs or digital systems.
- Prepare and load metal feedstock materials into molding machines.
- Report mechanical or process issues to maintenance or engineering teams.
SKILLS NECESSARY
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Process knowledge – Molding, debinding, sintering, secondary.
- Control plans – Knowledge of how to use them, find gaging and instruct operators.
- Blue Print reading knowledge
- Organizational skills
- Leadership skills
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of high school diploma and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as rates, percentages and sums. Ability to apply concepts of basic arithmetic and algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
