You'll help keep client books accurate and current, build the reports owners use to run their companies, and see how strong financial operations support better decisions on cash, growth, and strategy.

Our Managed Finance and CFO Advisory internship puts you inside the finance function of growing businesses. You'll help keep client books accurate and current, build the reports owners use to run their companies, and see how strong financial operations support better decisions on cash, growth, and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Assist with monthly and quarterly close, including account reconciliations and journal entries, under supervision
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for client review
- Build and update budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Analyze financial results and summarize trends and variances for the team
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes for outsourced accounting clients
- Use cloud accounting platforms and company technology to manage client work
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
- Interest in CPA licensure or a career in corporate finance and advisory
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Good organization and the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple clients
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar software is a plus
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with client data
- Hands-on experience running the finance function for real businesses
- Mentorship from experienced CFO advisors, managers, and Partners
- Exposure to family-owned and growing businesses across multiple industries
- An inside view of how financial reporting drives business strategy
