What You'll Do
- Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for privately held businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and other organizations
- Perform testing on account balances and transactions, and document your work in audit software
- Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Help gather and organize client information, both on-site and remotely
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and client interactions
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, with graduation expected [date range]
- Working toward CPA exam eligibility
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort learning new technology
- Willingness to travel to client sites and between offices within the cluster
- Hands-on experience on real engagements, not busywork
- Mentorship from managers and Partners
- Exposure to clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, and financial institutions
