Responsibility / Duty
55% Delivery of Instruction: 9 hours of Accounting courses per semester. Effective delivery of
student-focused instruction both in the classroom and via online coursework is expected,
as is continuous professional improvement and accessibility/interaction with students.

30% Scholarly Activity: Successfully publish peer-reviewed journal articles and conference
proceedings to maintain academic qualifications.

15% Service to Dept., College, University, and Community: Participate in student advising,
institutional committees, and campus/community/professional activities. Participate in program reviews; participate in student recruitment and retention. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
